This is a spacious 2 bedroom home with 1.5 bathrooms and an open concept dining room between the living room and the kitchen. The front porch is a good size with a swing and bonus seating. This home offers off street parking for up to 3 vehicles with one spot covered under a carport. Each bedroom has a queen bed, a bench for your luggage, and a TV. There is ample seating throughout the home for your comfort although not at all cluttered. The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, a midsized refrigerator, and a Keurig Duo (Single Serve or Carafe) coffee maker. The home has wifi, central heat & air, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, exterior security lighting, exterior security cameras, and interior physical door locks. Neighborhood

The neighborhood is a fairly laid back residential area. There are a couple local iconic properties immediately surrounding our home and a local bakery within walking distance. There are local elementary schools nearby, so traffic can be heavier around pick up time in the afternoon. We love swinging on the front porch and waving to passerbyers.

Guest Access

The front and back doors are accessible by a keypad (code to be provided). A physical set of keys is also available for use during your stay after check in. The garage, ac closet and laundry room cabinets are locked for owners use. Other than this, you will have access to the entire property.

We were in town for Christmas and Bradley’s place was perfect! It had everything we needed and very cozy! Bradley was very good at responding quickly to anything I needed. We will most definitely stay again!!

If you need a place to stay in Stephenville area this is a great place. Felt right at home. Their attention to detail is top notch. They even had bed warmers which my wife and daughter in-law loved.

Find us

In Stephenville you get around via car. Parking is free most everywhere you go and I am not certain that ridershares are very prevalent in town.
